A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS REAL ESTATE FOR THE CHAMPLAIN FIRE DISTRICT IN THE TOWN OF CHAMPLAIN (162 ELM STREET, CHAMPLAIN), CLINTON COUNTY, NEW YORK.
WHEREAS, it is now desired to authorize said sale of real estate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Fire Commissioners of Champlain Fire District in the Town of Champlain, Clinton County, New York, as follows:
Section 1. Upon this resolution taking effect, the same shall be published in summary form in the official newspaper of said Fire District for such purpose, together with a notice of the Fire District Secretary in substantially the form provided in Section 81.00 of the Local Finance Law.
Section 2. This resolution is adopted subject to approval at a Special Election of said Fire District to be held on July 14, 2026.
